Returns + Shipping
Unfortunately, due to the personal nature of our products we do not allow returns or refunds for any reason other than manufacturer defects.
If you receive your order and are dissatisfied with the merchandise because it is defective, you may return your item for a full refund, or a replacement within 7 days of receipt. Please email us to initiate a return before following the procedure below.
In the event of a defective item we will accept returns for full refund of the item price, excluding shipping, within 14 days. Applicable defects include: damaged PUL, stitching, seams, elastics, snaps or fabric. Returns must be in original packaging (if applicable), unused, unwashed, and un“prepped”. Due to the personal nature of cloth diapering, we do not accept returns that have been used or have any kind of discernible odors. (Perfume, Air freshener, Cigarette smoke, etc.) It is the buyer’s responsibility to pay return postage.
Items sent back to us that fall beyond our return/exchange guidelines will not be refunded or exchanged. Should you want to keep the product, you must make arrangements for us to ship it back at your own expense.

Would you like to exchange a new defective item? Please reach out to use prior to doing so, so that we can ensure that we have the product you would like to exchange for. Please make a note in your return package what product that you would like to exchange for. The exchange will be processed upon receiving the return.
(Exchanged items must follow the guidelines for a return listed above.)
Return Shipping of Returns/Exhanges:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We ship only to the address provided. If you incorrectly enter the wrong address please reach out to us before your item ships. We cannot assume responsibility for any errors in the entering of your address during the checkout process. If the error is unable to be fixed prior to shipping, Kinder Cloth Diaper Co. assumes no liability for lost/missing items due to wrong address information.
In Stock: Should you change your mind about an in stock purchase and wish to cancel your order, you may do so within 24 hours of placing your order—unless you have received shipping confirmation for your order. Often times we are able to process and ship orders before this 24 hour period passes, so please check your email before reaching out to cancel you order to ensure that your order has not been shipped.
PreOrders: By agreeing to Kinder Cloth Diaper Co. terms and conditions, you have agreed to wait for your pre-ordered items to arrive around the provided estimated ship date. You understand that manufacturing and shipping delays are out of Kinder Cloth's control.
Our shipping procedure varies based on whether you purchase pre-order, in-stock or a combination. Order that contain both pre-order and in-stock items will ship following pre-order shipping procedure, only after the entire order arrives in our warehouse.
If you order a product from a pre-order sale, you agree to wait for your product to arrive around the provided estimated ship date, which is listed in the product's description.
In-stock items will ship within 3 business days.
